Shipping and Return Policies

We will always do our very best to ship your order within 3 business days of payment.  We will ship using the United States Postal Service.  

Because of the nature of our products, we can not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased.

Customers in and around Florence, SC  have the option to do a local pickup instead of paying for shipping.  Customers can pick up on Saturday mornings at the City Center Farmers Market in Florence from 9-1.  Simply put in the discount code MARKETPICKUP at checkout and I will hold your order until Saturday market.  NOTE:  We do not attend every single market.  After you order I will email you with the dates that we will be at the market.  Normally I attend every other market Saturday if not every Saturday. 

Quality Ingredients

We strive to use natural ingredients and create wholesome products that are good for your body. All of our soap and lotion have raw goat milk that comes from our herd of Nubian Dairy Goats.  We use extra special care when making our product.  Not only do we sell these products but we use all of our products in our own family and believe in their goodness.  While they do not irritate our skin, each person is different.  If you are concerned about an allergy irritation, please test the product on a small spot before regular use.
